Vegan Carib-Carrot Punch

Growing up in a Caribbean household, there are just some flavors you can never forget. Carrot punch is one of them. So the other day, I thought it has been a while, why not make some. So I did, and it was TASTY! I was so good that I decided to make more to sell at the local farmer's market. I love introducing different spins on foods, and my customers love asking me what's new. They were presently surprised by the smooth taste of our yummy juice and almost everyone wanted to know how we made it. So here it is the yummy cottage version of Carrot Punch.
